eCall discussion within CEN Working Group

Standards discussed for eCall at 10 March 2008 meeting.

10 March 2008 will see the first editing group meeting of the CEN TC 278 WG 15 initiated “Third party services (TPS)” work item. This is a working meeting of registered WG 15 experts to undertake detailed drafting development of a document that will be presented for debate and agreement at the next CEN TC 278 WG 15 meeting of April 2008.

Bernard Flury-Herard from the French Ministry of Transport is the Editor and Convenor of this new group and CEN participants will represent the various national standardisation bodies.
